Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 299k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 299k website and associated subdomains. By using 299k, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

299k reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Policy

To be eligible to use 299k, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 299k employee or contractor;
• Not have a previously suspended or terminated 299k account unless written reinstatement has been granted by 299k;
• Have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during and after the registration process.

299k reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 299k platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document;
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid mobile number registered in your name, used for account verification and security;
• A valid email address accessible only to you;
• A unique username and a strong password meeting 299k's minimum security criteria.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

299k may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, granting bonus eligibility, or increasing account limits. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. 299k reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 299k login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 299k will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are logged in is your sole responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 299k platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 299k supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction;
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• 299k does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned or held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible;
• Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6);
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days to reflect in your account;
• 299k reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal;
• Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may have withdrawal processing temporarily suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 299k does not facilitate foreign currency transactions or cryptocurrency payments. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be declined by the payment processor.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 299k platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and market — before confirmation. 299k does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided by 299k at its sole discretion.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Betting markets are offered on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other selected sports;
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets; odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any moment;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 299k will apply standard void rules as specified in the individual market rules;
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event; these limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

5.2 Casino & Live Games

• All casino games available on 299k use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe;
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the software provider and are displayed within each game's information panel;
• 299k does not influence the outcome of any casino game. Game results are determined solely by the certified RNG of the respective provider;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits for casino games are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

5.3 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or disputed game outcome, 299k will investigate using server-side logs and provider records. The decision of 299k's technical team, in consultation with the relevant provider where applicable, is final and binding. 299k will not be liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the user's end.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 299k offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only;
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) of the bonus amount and are specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless the promotion terms specify otherwise;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• 299k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering in progress at the time of cancellation is completed under the original terms;
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, or impersonating another person;
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one 299k account, whether under the same or different names;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Money laundering: Using the 299k platform as a vehicle for depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks through your bank or mobile wallet provider;
• System abuse: Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human instruction;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 299k staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 299k platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of 299k or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 299k intellectual property without express written consent.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers and is subject to their own licensing agreements. 299k is licensed to display such content but does not claim ownership over third-party game assets.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299k, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity conducted on the platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform's availability;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are promptly corrected upon discovery;
• Third-party payment provider delays, fees, or failures outside of 299k's operational control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 299k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the 299k platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, 299k collects personal information necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. Suspension & Termination

299k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• User-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account termination for breach, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the user's registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, at 299k's sole discretion. Users who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may contact 299k support to initiate a review.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation.

299k makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 299k complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.

Amendments to These Terms

299k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 299k will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the 299k platform before the effective date of the changes and may request account closure by contacting 299k support. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
